Today I am thankful for the manager at Olive Garden in Carrollton, Ga. We ate here on 1/1/15 with my dad. He is very allergic to garlic. The manager took it upon herself to make up a whole new batch of sauce with no garlic. She made sure his food was prepared with great taste and no garlic in sight. She was very sweet. Most of the time you dont find this kind of thoughtfulness. She just didnt know how special she made that day since it was our first meal together in 20 years. I am going to go by there and thank her in person again. When someone makes a point to go out of their way for you make sure to thank them. You never know what that thanks will mean to a person.
